    Did you know? In combination with a SchulwegTicket issued by the school authorities, you can travel by bus all day long within the appropriate price level of the Fun ticket.
  • Note
    Upon ticket inspection, age must be proven by photo ID.

Properties

  • The ticket is for everyone up to and including 20 years of age.
  • This ticket is valid for one calendar month. If the first workday of the following month is a Saturday or Sunday, the ticket is even valid until the following workday. The last trip must be finished at 3 o’clock the following day (end of operations).
  • Valid Monday through Friday on school days from 14 o’clock (incl. floating holidays).
  • On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, statewide holidays in NRW and Rosenmontag, the ticket is valid all day.
  • Trips to and from school or place of traineeship or internship are not allowed.
  • Valid for any number of trips within the chosen price level.
  • Changing buses, breaks in the trip as well as return or round trips are allowed.

    The bus and train holidays-flatrate for children and teens aged 6 to 20, because it’s valid during school holidays for all buses, trams, light rails and tubes as well as 2nd class local trains in all of NRW.
  • Note
    Please note that the SchöneFerienTicket NRW is a fixed price ticket and according to the NRW tariff regulations, such a ticket can’t be refunded.

Group ticket

    Please note that for groups of 20 or more, the journey needs to be registered: easily done from your home online or by phone under 05251 6997 0.
  • Information
    You can use our group rate for groups of 11 paying persons (see example below).

Properties

  • 11 paying persons travelling together as a group with the same destination only travel for the price of the ticket for children.
  • This means: For every passenger (15 years or older), only the price of a ticket for children of the appropriate price level will be charged.
  • Two school children age 6 to 14 can travel together with only one ticket for children (a single child in this age group receives no further discount and pays the price of a ticket for children).

Example:


A group consisting of 15 adults and 7 children age 6 to 14 travel together from Paderborn main Station to the bus stop “Padersee”. For this trip in the price level PB, the group pays a total of 28,50 € for the Group ticket. The 15 adults pay the price of 1,50 € for a ticket for children per person. Since for a Group ticket, 2 children aged 6 to 14 count as 1 person, of the 7 children, each pair of two together and one child by itself pay 1,50 € each.
