WestfalenTarif & NRW-Tarif

For trips with the PaderSprinter and within our network of routes, the WestfalenTarif as well as the regional particularities of the area Paderborn-Höxter (Hochstift) are valid. Every ticket of the WestfalenTarif is classified into various price levels. The required price level for the ticket depends on the start and end stop.

For Paderborn, there are 4 price levels:

KPB for short trips
PB for Single and 24-hour tickets
0H and 1H for Time and Subscription tickets (0H for either the inner or outer area of Paderborn | 1H for the entire urban area)

With the WestfalenTarif, five tariff areas have united into one combined tariff on August 1, 2017. Thus, you only need one ticket for local transport while travelling within the WestfalenTarif, regardless of which connection you choose.

There is also a wide range of tickets at your disposal, perfectly suitable for all your travel needs. Uniform tickets and tariff regulations, prices dependent on the route, disbanded inner tariff boundaries and numerous ticket offices complete the advantages of the WestfalenTarif.

You want to discover the most beautiful corners of NRW with local transport? For long trips within the federal state, the NRW-Tarif is valid when neither a regional federation tariff nor a transitory tariff of the transport associations for local transport is valid.
