    If you lose your PaderTicket, we will issue a replacement for a fee of 7,00 € upon presentation of the remaining tokens. The replacement of tokens will cost 15,00 € per token.

How the 60plusAbo works

  • Option 1: Fill out the order form

    Please print out the order form, fill in your personal information and send it via mail to PaderSprinter GmbH, Barkhauser Straße 6, 33106 Paderborn. Alternatively, you can hand in the filled out form at our customer center at the Kamp or fill out the order form together with the colleagues there.

  • Option 2: Online order

    You can also order your new 60plusAbo online from the comfort of your home:

  • Provisional ticket

    If you need a 60plusAbo on short notice, we will happily issue you a provisional ticket. Please contact the colleagues in our customer center at the Kamp and they will gladly assist you.

  • Monthly payment

    After your order, you will receive your 60plusAbo. Payment will be handled very easily: We will debit the sum via SEPA direct debit mandate from your account. The tokens you have to affix to your 60plusAbo will be sent to you via mail quarterly. Upon cancellation on your end, please send any tokens you have received back to us and the SEPA direct debit mandate will be cancelled.

How does the 60plusAbo work?

the 60plusAbo always starts on the first day of the month for which you order it. For this, the order must reach us until the 15th of the previous month. The subscription will then run for 3 months. If not cancelled, it will automatically renew for another month.

Where can I purchase the 60plusAbo?

You can order the 60plusAbo online or purchase it in our customer center at the Kamp. Alternatively, you could also print out the order form, fill it out and send it via mail to PaderSprinter GmbH, Barkhauser Straße 6, 33106 Paderborn or hand it in personally in our customer center at the Kamp.

Can any person purchase a 60plusAbo?

At the time of the order, the contractor must be at least 18 years old. Since the 60plusAbo is a subscription for people aged 60 or older, the ticket holder must be at least 60 years old. While processing your subscription request, we will gather information about your credit rating and the credit rating of the account holder from a credit agency.

On a negative credit rating, we are not obliged to grant the subscription request.

When will the account be charged for the 60plusAbo?

The sum for the 60plusAbo will be charged on the 6th of each month.

When are the tokens being sent?

For your PaderTicket, you will receive your tokens every three month via mail (approximately on the 15th of the previous month). Please put the tokens on your ticket each month to show its validity. For this, affix the token on the appropriate place on the ticket the first day of each month.

Important: Should you not have received your tokens within the aforementioned time, please contact us immediately.

When can the 60plusAbo be cancelled?

The contract can be cancelled monthly after the expiry of the minimum contract term of three months. The cancellation must reach us until the 15th of a month (incoming mail stamp). Of course, you can also cancel before the expiry of the regular minimum contract term.

In this case, only a subsequent billing of the difference amounting to 25 percent of the monthly price for the previous months will be made.

What happens upon loss of the 60plusAbo?

Should you ever have lost your 60plusAbo, we will issue a replacement ticket. This will cost 7,00 €. Please bring all remaining tokens that you have received so we can replace those as well. This is because your new ticket will have a new ticket number. For the subscription to be valid, the number on the ticket and on the tokens must be identical. For every lost (or rather new) token, we charge 15,00 €.

Can the Night Bus be used with the 60plusAbo?

No, the Night Bus is an additional offer and is not included in the regular trip offers. Instead of a Single ticket, only the Night Bus surcharge of 2,00 € will be charged.

What to do if my personal information has changed?

If your personal information has changed, please inform us about the new information immediately. Any changes can be considered for the first day of a month of validity as long as you inform us about the changes until the 15th of the previous month.

Any changes in the account requires presentation of a SEPA direct debit mandate from the account holder.

Can the subscription be interrupted for vacation, sickness or loss?

Should you not use your 60plusAbo due to vacation, sickness or loss, this does not constitute an interruption in the subscription contract. There will be no reimbursement of fares due to not using the subscription.
